Responsible by design

Guardrails we never switch off

Entertainment works best when everyone can join in and trust the rules. These commitments apply to every programme we run.

  • No gambling, betting, wagering or real-money prizes — in any format, on any platform.
  • Leaderboards score skill, creativity, attendance and community votes — never purchases.
  • Rewards are non-cash and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Rules are published before a challenge opens and changes are announced to everyone.
  • Content is reviewed against the host platform's age rating and community guidelines.
  • Participants' data is handled under our Privacy Policy and only for the programme.

FAQ

Questions producers ask us

How early should we brief you?

For a single live event, four to six weeks is comfortable. For a full season, we recommend starting eight to ten weeks before the first public beat.

Do you work inside our app or on external platforms?

Both. We produce in-app experiences with your product team and can also run shows on the streaming or social platforms your audience already uses.

Can our own creators and hosts take part?

Yes. We often build formats around a platform's existing creators and handle prep, rehearsal and on-the-night support for them.

What does a reward look like?

Badges, profile frames, cosmetic items, early access, creator meet-ups and merchandise. Rewards are always non-cash and are never tied to purchases.

Which languages do you support?

Our core team produces natively in English and Chinese. We can coordinate additional languages with trusted localisation partners.

Ready to put a date on the calendar?

Tell us which discipline you need and when your audience should feel it. We'll reply with a concept and a timeline.
